The air smells🍃🍂🍁 crisp and baking is calling our name. Fall is the season for 🥧🥧🥧baking. Today we are going to discuss our September Baking Recipes🧁🧁🧁.
Blueberry 🥮🥮🥮Coffee Pastry- This blueberry delight is perfect for your baking night. We ❤️❤️❤️loved making this dessert because it was very simple🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼.When is comes to 🥮🥮🥮baking, we like simplicity and fun. Baking should be enjoyable and not complicated. That why we love making this 🥮 🥮 🥮. The texture of this dessert was airy and not to sweet we which we loved.
2 sticks organic butter
1¼ cups cane sugar
2 cups organic flour
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1½ pints freshly picked blueberries
Using an standing mixer, beat the butter and sugar until thoroughly combined. Add the eggs alternately with the flour and beat to combine. Add the vanilla extract and baking powder and beat another minute.
Grease a 9×12-inch glass baking pan. Poor the batter, covering the bottom of the pan evenly. Sprinkle the berries on top, evenly or the best you can. Bake in a 400 °F in the oven for 45 minutes. When done, use a toothpick or fork to check the center. The center should come out clearly and dry. The Remove, cool, and dust with confectioners’ sugar just before serving. Enjoy!
Cheesecake– Cheesecake🥮🥮🥮 is the perfect dessert to have with your coffee or ☕️☕️☕️tea. This lightweight cheesecake is so airy and not so heavy which we love. We love❤️❤️❤️ a pastry that is light and not heavy on your stomach which is why we like baking this dessert. The pastry isn’t overwhelming and it is a nice dessert🥮🥮🥮t to bake with your 🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼friends. We recommend to try to bake this cheesecake because its super simple to make as well.
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
2(8oz) packed cream cheese, soften
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
3 large eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 (8oz) container sour cream, at room temperature
Heat over to 300 °F. Combine graham cracker crumbs, and butter in a small bowl. Press firmly into bottom of un-greased 9inch pan. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until the texture is fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into a greased pan.
Bake 50-55mins or until center is clear and dry. ( check with a toothpick or fork). Remove from oven. Cool for an hour and let it chill at least for 4 hours.
