Fitness is an important part of our daily lives. In this post, I am going to discuss 2 helpful tools I incorporate into my fitness routine. For example, I use the Fibit Charge Hr Watch for my daily fitness. This watch has many neat features. Not only does the Fitbit tell time but also counts your daily steps. I set a goal for myself day to day to help me stay fit. Plus, there is a challenge area where you can challenge yourself along with your friends/family with a Workweek Hustle Step Challenge (Week Challenge) or even Weekend Warrior Step Challenge(Weekend Challenge). Its a great tool to motive yourself to stay fit and help motive others as well. Also, another cool feature the Fitbit has is an built in stopwatch. I use this stopwatch for my daily excerises and jogs. But I also use this stopwatch for everything such as cooking, work, and even an alarm. Another neat feature the Fitbit has is a Sleep log. I use the Sleep log everyday to see how much sleep I am really getting and its super useful. Sleep log is very important bc having enough sleep is part of our healthy fitness. Make a Splash is another feature that is part of the Fitbit Watch. This feature helps show how much water intake you are consuming daily. Drinking add least 8 glasses of water is recommended and its hard to keep track of that. I use this cool feature everyday and I always know much water I am drinking. The last tool incorporate into my daily fitness is Life Factory Glass Bottle. I use this bottle everyday for water consumption and during my workouts This water bottle holds up to 22 oz. and features a straw cap for easy, spill-proof drinking. Pivot out the handle for easy carrying and store it away while you drink. These are the two tools that I use from my daily fitness. Go try them out and let me know how they work out for you!
